Privacy Policy

Who We Are

Armitage Press is an independent fiction publisher operating at armitagepress.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

What We Collect

Account information: When you create or use a reader account, we collect your email address and any name you provide so we can authenticate you and show your account activity.

Marketing preference: The optional email preference on the account page records whether you asked to receive occasional book-release, newsletter, giveaway, and reader-news emails, together with the date and account flow where that choice was made.

Giveaway email consent: If you enter a giveaway and check the email-updates consent box, we record that choice with your verified email address and may add it to the Armitage Press mailing list for occasional news, newsletters, book releases, bonus chapters, blog posts, giveaways, and reader updates. Giveaway entry and reader-account creation remain separate.

Newsletter and contact information: We collect an email address when you subscribe to the newsletter or submit a contact form.

Usage data: Basic analytics (pages visited, referral source) collected via cookies. No personally identifiable information is tracked.

How We Use Your Information

• To send new-release announcements and occasional author updates only when you have opted in
• To deliver the free bonus chapter you requested
• To respond to contact form inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone. Ever.

Email Service

We use MailerLite to manage our subscriber list and send emails. Your email address is stored on MailerLite's servers. You can review their privacy policy at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
